At Woodmore, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and transparent policies regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Exchange Policy

  1. Items can be exchanged at authorized Woodmore stores (excluding factory outlets) within 7 business days of delivery.

  2. If the desired product is unavailable, customers can place a return request has to be placed within 24 hours from the date of delivery at info@woodmoreshoeindia.com and reorder the preferred product.

  3. Important: No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.

  4. Exchange orders will be delivered within 10 business days

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@woodmoreshoeindia.com with a valid reason.

  2. Conditions for Returns:

    • The product must be in its original packaging, with the invoice included.

    • The item must be unworn, with all tags intact.

Return Process

  1. Returns are not accepted at retail outlets and must be initiated through Woodmore’s arranged return pickup service.

  2. Return pickup is arranged within 72 hours of the request.

  3. Refund or return processing begins once the items reach our order processing center, which may take 5-7 working days.

  1. Orders may be canceled due to reasons such as:

    • Stock unavailability.

    • Delivery constraints.

    • Errors in pricing or product details.

  2. Refunds for prepaid orders will be reversed to the original payment method.

  3. Refund will be credited to the orginal payment within 7 busines days.

By Customer

  1. Customers may cancel orders before the item is packed, usually within 24 hours of placing the order.

  2. Once the product is packed or delivered, customers may refuse acceptance if they no longer wish to keep the item.

  3. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed after the returned product is received at our processing center

  4. Refund will be credited to the original payment within 7 business days.

Delivery Terms

  1. The standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks, though delays may occur due to logistical issues.

  2. Customers are advised to inspect the package for any damage or tampering at the time of delivery.

  3. Claims for wrong or fake products must be supported by an unpacking video and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
